Listen, then sing

The yellow marker shows your held pitch after the response.

Hold a note steadily for at least half a second. You have five seconds to respond. A silent completed response scores 0%; stopped rounds are not scored.

How to practise

  1. Choose a comfortable range and use headphones. Enable the microphone when you are ready.
  2. Listen to the starting note, then sing the named interval.
  3. Hold your answer steadily. Review the pitch difference, then try another question.

Questions

What does the score measure?

A response counts as correct when at least half a second of steady detected pitch lies within your selected cents window. The exact octave matters. This is pitch practice, not a voice-type or vocal-health assessment.

Does Tonissimo record my voice?

No. The adaptive pitch tracker processes microphone sound on your device. Optional history stores only the exercise result, pitch difference and settings; it stores no audio.

What if my voice is not detected?

Check the browser microphone permission, use a quiet room and choose a comfortable pitch. Silence cannot receive a passing score. You can stop the microphone at any time.
